Statue of the Duke of Wellington, Royal exchange Square, Glasgow, scotland, Uk. For many years it has been customary for students to put a parking cone on top of the General’s head as a sign of disrespect and mockery. The statue with the cone has now become an iconic symbol of Glasgow and it’s humour.
