Barmouth Bridge, which takes the Cambrian Line (and pedestrians for 90p) across Afon Mawddach in Gwynedd, North Wales; entirely wooden when it was built in 1867 it has been strengthened from time to time with modern materials. (In 1987 the British Rail loco seems excessive for the train!)
